Standards Based Report Cards - Print "Primary Teacher" on Report Card for Flex Period Attendance Schools with Elementary Students
Flex Elem Daily Attendance schools have the title "Primary Teacher" on the SBG report card, but Flex Elem Period Attendance schools have the title "Counselor" on the SBG report card.
