Seating chart - Option to display the list of students alphabetically
Teacher request - When I go to create a seating chart and then choose by photo, the students come up in alpha order by “ First “ name. Is there a way to change that to see students by photo in Last name alpha order so it matches our roster?

When creating a seating chart the names are listed in alpha order by first name. It wastes so much time putting them in order trying to search by first name.

The students are listed alpha by last name under Manage Students in Gradebooks, and they are listed alpha by last name under Attendance. The seating chart and attendance by photo should be consistent with the way Aeries lists students on other pages. This will help our teachers tremendously. Thank you.

Please display the first and last names in the print option.

We used to be able to do this. When you have big classes such as PE, it is important.

When creating a seating chart for large classes (55-60) it would be helpful to be able to auto fill chart by last name (instead of first name). Searching through alphabetized first names to drag and drop is a lot of work and unnecessary if last name is used.

When making a new seating chart, the kids are defaulted by alpha-FIRST. Everything else is by last name - why are the kids listed by first name here?
