Average Transcript Mark by Course Sequence
Single Semester courses with a course sequence of DO and 0 should not be averaged together.

Follow-up comment from customer regarding this enhancement:
Add an option to exclude Dual Credit courses with CRS.CSQ = D1–D9 from transcript averaging. This will preserve college-issued grades and credits while allowing districts that average Dual Credit courses to leave the option disabled.
