Teachers submitting without marking anyone absent
I thought there was a report that you could run that showed when teachers only hit the submit button and never mark any students absent. I know there are a few at my school who do this. The problem they create, especially during DL, is that they leave one class as the student being present, which generates ADA for the student when there shouldn't be. With DL, we can't assume the student didn't log in for just one period like we can when they are here in person. There are way too many for me to email teachers to double check.

The Period Absence Audit will catch these types of errors. That’ll show kids who were present in one class and absent in all the rest, and it offers to sort by teacher.
