We recently lost a student and I dropped the student. I had no idea that this student would show up in BOLD the day after her passing. Aeries Support told me of the setting to change the number of days to display a dropped student in Portal Options, but I had no clue that this would happen and caused additional pain for staff.

This is an important feature for us to have updated. We have lots of movement of studetns between our district schools and inactive students showing on the letter preview is bvery difficult for our administrators.
