This needs to be an individual decision by each District. Every year, a conversation happens with our Rollover team. At this meeting, you can request that this table NOT be rolled to the new year. They will document this request, and have you re-confirm it each year.

This is still an important issue for us. Each time we run district attendance letters, we run into issues with staff from previous schools who remove letters for students who are no longer at their sites. This is of high importance to our district to have a fix for this.

We have lots of movement of studetns between our district schools and inactive students showing on the letter preview is bvery difficult for our administrators.

An error occurred while saving the comment theresa.copas commentedWe recently lost a student and I dropped the student. I had no idea that this student would show up in BOLD the day after her passing. Aeries Support told me of the setting to change the number of days to display a dropped student in Portal Options, but I had no clue that this would happen and caused additional pain for staff.
