Default to District School in Special Programs
In Special Programs the student's enrollment will be followed in Aeries for CALPADS reporting if the school is populated with the District. So making the PGM.SC default to populate itself to the District instead of the school the student is currently enrolled in would save a lot of time on data clean up while reporting to CALPADS.

If you do add this request, please make it something each district or school can turn on or leave turned off. I would prefer to not have this as the default since programs that are school specific, like LIP 301, would end up being coded as the district location when they definitely should not be.

This is a continuing issue. Is there a plan to change the default of PGM.SCL to blank or district instead of current school of attendance?

Defaulting to the district will be easier as most of the programs are district wide.
