Change Sped import process to use latest data files from CALPADS
Since Special Education information is synched nightly to CALPADS directly from the SpEd systems, it would be great if we could use ODS extracts for the SpEd information and could use the Sped import process to update the special ed info. It could also update the new SWD Indicator to keep it reconciled with CALPADS.

At least support the new StudentData.csv and ServicesData.csv files in the import!

This would be helpful for Aeries customers where their SEDS system isn't exporting data correctly with the new format or at all. It might be nice if this was added as an alternative to the traditional SPED import. Then Aeries could look to updating the traditional SPED import to also include: Service start and end dates, case manager (or other providers) and even a PDF of the most recent IEP on file in the SEDS.

We used to have an automated CASEMIS extract from our Spec Ed software vendor and used the CASEMIS automated import provided by aeries. We have not had accurate/up-to-date CSE data for about a year since the switch to CALPADS direct reporting.
