Emulate teacher/user accounts without an Admin Account
Please add a security permission that will allow Users to emulate teacher accounts without having an Admin account. We have IT support staff where this would be useful but we don't want to give them full access to Admin.

Would also like to distinguish between read-only and full rights for those who have emulation ability.

Our prep teachers and teachers on special assignments need the ability to emulate other teachers for enhanced support or data entry. Right now non-admin users don't have the ability to emulate another user. They could potentially emulate a teacher's grade book and attendance but we need further access to standard based grades and other tables.

It would be extremely helpful if our office staff could emulate users without elevating them to Admins. Sometimes people who are too new are given some basic Aeries functions which full emulation would help with, but we do not need them to be full admins.
