Report Card History notification should include school site
When running the Report Card History function/report, the email notification needs to include the school site as district staff run these.

This would be an incredibly helpful addition to the email notification -- particularly if the email is reporting an error. I think most of the other Long Running Process Notifications emails include the school site code. This one needs it, too!
