Analytics Indicators and Dashboard - Exclude Dropped Gradebooks
Add the ability to filter out dropped gradebooks, when building dashboards off the GBS table in Aeries Analytics.

Currently Analytics pulls from most recent gradebook even if the gradebook is closed or the student is no longer enrolled in that class. This makes the aggregate data all but useless when it comes to determining which students need further interventions.
