Define required Fields for STF table
This is a request that the Define Required Fields page include the STF table. There are certain fields that are required when submitting a staff record up through CALPADS (such as Race, Ethnicity, etc.) and I often find many of my districts forgetting to fill this in when they add a staff member. The ability to define certain fields as required before they can save a staff record would be helpful.

If the STF table can be added under 'Define Required Fields,' it will be easier for districts to decide which fields they want to flag as required.

Making the hire date a required field would be beneficial to account for all new teachers and make it easier to query the teachers who are missing for Fall2 reporting.

We are also using th Escape integration and would like the HR ID to be required.

For our ESCAPE integration the HR ID# is required, but is frequently forgotten by the folks in the dept entering that in. Highlighting it in green would increase efficiency and be super helpful.
