Add ability to mass add academic plan to a group of students. An example is incoming 9th graders.

This looks like a 5 year old idea that has been discussed at the Aeries conference and in the forums. Unfortunately there never seems to be any updates or movement on this idea (unless I have missed it). This would be very helpful if it is something that could be done.

Our high schools use Academic Plans and really need a way to mass add Academic Plan courses to incoming 9th graders since there are courses they must take.
