Highlight both student and assignment rows when inputting grades.
Increase visibility and accuracy by not only highlighting the student whose grade is being entered like is already available, but also highlight the assignment you are putting in. This would create an easily identified intersection of student and assignment. Often when staring at the gradebook, your vision can get blurry, and this could help prevent mistakes.

Importing grade from excel file to an assignment - match on student email
When importing a grade from an excel file to an assignment add an email category to line up with because many assessment tools use the email and not a student id.

Create a process to load grades from Gradebook using the multi-school access option.
Allow teachers to load grades from Gradebook when using the multi-school option. Currently teachers can associate multi-school gradebooks, however they cannot load the grades without changing school sites.

Option to remove "overall" score from standards gradebook
Would like to seen an option to remove the "overall" score from the standards gradebook. For districts fully implementing the Marzano philosophy of grading, each standard should stand on its own and not be "averaged" into an overall mark/grade.

Gradebook Assignments By Student Report-Filtering Option for Category Grade vs. Overall Grade
I would like to request a filtering option be added to the Gradebook Assignments by Student report under the options tab to be able to target students who are below/above a specified percentage in any Category versus just the overall grade in the gradebook.

Add a Gradebook Option for Minimum % (floor) for overall gradebook mark.
Gradebook Option for Minimum % (floor) for overall gradebook mark. This would be similar to the gradebook assignment Min/Max % options, but would apply to the overall gradebook score.
EX: Aeries gradebooks allow for each assignment grade to be based on what was earned but have the final mark grade reflected show as a minimum of 50%3 votes -
Make the "Negative Weight" rule apply to the Overall Gradebook
Make the "Negative Weight" function in gradebook be able to apply to the overall gradebook rather than limited to specific categories.

Gradebook - Histogram generation for assignments in gradebook
Incorporate the option to generate a histogram of the scores for any assignment in gradebook.
-include ability to specify sub-interval lengths
-include option to combine linked assignments from linked gradebooks

Gradebook - Canvas Sync - Autocheck "rubric grading" for every assignment
It was reported many teachers had inaccurate Gradebooks for Standards Based Grades because they have to remember to check the "rubric grading" box every day after the autosync from Canvas. One idea is if there can be a master box that can check all or if the default is checked vs not checked.

Gradebook Summary - Print Flex Period Title instead of Sequence
When using flex scheduling, the Gradebook Summary report shows the Record ID for the period. We'd like to request that this be changed to show the short title instead.

Gradebook - Make "what if" feature available for Teachers
Teachers sometimes want to point out to a students that if they could achieve score X on assignment Y, how that would affect their Mark in the class. If the "what if" feature was available, it would make it easy for the teacher to know whether a specific score would be enough.

Gradebook Assignment Number
Gradebook - If an assignment number is 32768 or greater the assignment is unable to be deleted.
Provide a warning message to alert the user that the assignment number needs to be a lower value than 32768.2 votes -
Ability to resize gradebook columns
Teacher request: Is there a way to shrink down the column size so you can see more assignments in the gradebook on one page? I don't want to shrink down the % size of the screen or set up a 2nd monitor. Everyone I've asked says it's not a feature. Excel has it, but not Aeries?

Missing Assignment Reports Emails should only go to P1 and P2 Contacts
When you email missing assignments it goes to all contacts, but it should go to contacts listed as P1 and P2 to ensure just the parents receive it.

Custom Marks for Missing Work -- Equitable Grading
Our site (and many other sites) use custom marks to give partial credit for missing assignments so that students don't fall so far behind that they can't catch up. However, because we don't give 0s for missing work, the student portal shows that students have no missing assignments when, in fact, they have many. This confuses parents and students. Is it possible to provide the option to link the missing assignments feature to custom marks if a school doesn't give 0s for missing work.

Progress by Student Report - Dynamically pull the current primary teacher according to SSE instead of GBK.SID. This is necessary when a new teacher takes over a section in a section staff school and the gradebook was created by the previous teacher.

Gradebook Narrative Marks and Assignments
Provide the ability to recompute or reset all scores for assignments that are attached to a narrative grade set If teacher changes the score points for a assignment attached to a narrative grade set, it is likely they would want the scores recomputed using the new values but remain narrative grades. There should be a button in the "Narrative Grade" manage tab that lets them "Update All Scores". This should explain to the user that it will change all scores to have the new score value and only perform the action upon their compliance.

I'd love to see a checkbox to add categores; check for Y uncheck for N? If yes is selected then add category name.
