Gradebook - Canvas Sync - Autocheck "rubric grading" for every assignment
It was reported many teachers had inaccurate Gradebooks for Standards Based Grades because they have to remember to check the "rubric grading" box every day after the autosync from Canvas. One idea is if there can be a master box that can check all or if the default is checked vs not checked.

Gradebook - Color coded scores
When a grade is not entered for a student and the grading is complete on that assignment, the empty box shows up as orange. I would like to be able to color code boxes that have scores in them. For example, if a student completes only 1 assignment out of 5 in a week, I would like to have that score show up in red so that parents see it. Most of my parents only look for the empty red scores. They don't actually look at the scores that are filled in until it is too late. Maybe there is…

Gradebook - Make "what if" feature available for Teachers
Teachers sometimes want to point out to a students that if they could achieve score X on assignment Y, how that would affect their Mark in the class. If the "what if" feature was available, it would make it easy for the teacher to know whether a specific score would be enough.

Enhance Gradebook Emulation Logging - Provide enhanced logging when multiple layers of emulation are used with Gradebook. Ex: An Admin who is emulating another user who then emulates a teacher to make gradebook changes (2 layers).

Gradebook - Adjust Start and End Dates When Using Grading Periods
In a school that uses Grading Periods and has the School Option "Use Grading Periods Instead of Terms in GBK" checked, when a teacher Adds a new Gradebook and selects sections that include two or more terms, then the Gradebook Start Date should be the earliest start date of the selected sections, and the Gradebook End Date should be the latest end date of the selected sections.

Gradebook Assignment Number
Gradebook - If an assignment number is 32768 or greater the assignment is unable to be deleted.

Ability to resize gradebook columns
Teacher request: Is there a way to shrink down the column size so you can see more assignments in the gradebook on one page? I don't want to shrink down the % size of the screen or set up a 2nd monitor. Everyone I've asked says it's not a feature. Excel has it, but not Aeries?

Missing Assignment Reports Emails should only go to P1 and P2 Contacts
When you email missing assignments it goes to all contacts, but it should go to contacts listed as P1 and P2 to ensure just the parents receive it.

Custom Marks for Missing Work -- Equitable Grading
Our site (and many other sites) use custom marks to give partial credit for missing assignments so that students don't fall so far behind that they can't catch up. However, because we don't give 0s for missing work, the student portal shows that students have no missing assignments when, in fact, they have many. This confuses parents and students. Is it possible to provide the option to link the missing assignments feature to custom marks if a school doesn't give 0s for missing work.

Gradebook Narrative Marks and Assignments
Provide the ability to recompute or reset all scores for assignments that are attached to a narrative grade set If teacher changes the score points for a assignment attached to a narrative grade set, it is likely they would want the scores recomputed using the new values but remain narrative grades. There should be a button in the "Narrative Grade" manage tab that lets them "Update All Scores". This should explain to the user that it will change all scores to have the new score value and only perform the action upon their compliance.

Standards Based by Teacher Load From Gradebook
Standards Based by Teacher page - When using Standards Based by Teacher page under Teacher Emulation (TeacherSBGLoadFromGradebook.aspx), and the Load from Gradebook option, if too many Gradebooks are present (>40) the page will not do the final Load. Enhance the page to handle a large amount of Gradebooks or provide warning when selecting amount to load.

Add New Assignment pop up window - Push New Assignment to Selected Gradebooks option - Add the Hide Past Gradebooks option that is on the Scores by Assignment Push Assignment feature.

Importing grade from excel file to an assignment - match on student email
When importing a grade from an excel file to an assignment add an email category to line up with because many assessment tools use the email and not a student id.

GBK: Assignments by Students and Formative/Summative to view
Add the Assignment Type (Formative - F or Summative - S) on this view. This would allow teachers to view student performance on assigned courses - especially in a Standard - Based gradebook for secondary students.

Allow assignments to be sorted by Date Assigned in Add Assignments by DEFAULT
All assignment numbers currently default to being sorted by Due Date. The class options page only allows you to sort by number in the Scores by Class page. When you go to the Add Assignment page, it automatically shows assignments by Due Date. You have to click the # button to sort it by number and every time you enter and edit an assignment, the page reverts to being sorted by Due Date. Waiting for the page to reload by # each time is time consuming.

OneRoster - Allow Assignments to Automatically Have "Grading Complete"
Please create an option to automatically set the "grading complete" status for assignments created via oneroster grade passback or API. Alternatively, please add a "mark all grading complete" button to the gradebook interface.

Create a process to load grades from Gradebook using the multi-school access option.
Allow teachers to load grades from Gradebook when using the multi-school option. Currently teachers can associate multi-school gradebooks, however they cannot load the grades without changing school sites.

Gradebook - Add an Option to hide Missing Assignment Counter
I am going to enter manually running cummulative scores from several platforms. So, the assignment completion and scores will be saved and stored in those platforms and only the overall score will be typed into aeries..... If it says 0 missing assignments in aeries, there may actually be many missing assignments......
Is there an way that we could create an option which could say: Missing assignments are not indicated. Please see the platforms where your work is graded and stored.
