Make Staff ID (STF.ID) editable
We have a need for the staff id (STF.ID) to be editable. I understand that it is linked to many tables but I am hoping that logic can be created that would update all related tables when STF.ID is edited.
2 votesThe Staff ID field (STF.ID) is not editable because it is a unique identifier (primary key) for a staff member, so we do not plan to add any functionality to edit it at this time. This is similar to course IDs which cannot be changed. What can be done is a new staff record could be created and then all references to the old staff ID be changed if absolutely necessary.

Allow multiple Queries at one time
It would be nice if you could do multiple queries at the same time so you don't have to waste labels. Ex; *** label, perm.

Staff User Defined Codes - display description rather than just the code
It would be useful to display the descriptions of the custom user codes on the staff page, rather than just the one or two character code.

Staff - Add Course Link
For schools using Section Staff, Sections are clickable when at the school level. Please make Course a clickable link as well. Thank you!

Staff - ParentSquare Sync
We would like the ability to tag Staff records so they are not in the ParentSquare sync. We have over a hundred county office employees reported to CALPADS but should not be associated with any school in ParentSquare. The current sync procss pulls active records with email and phone numbers. With Signal kit there was a field to determine if the Staff would extract from the Aeries side.

Teacher Emails for Team Teaching
Adding the capability to include two email addresses in a Teacher Data Record. This would primarily help teachers participating in a team teaching setup. This would ensure that all teachers within the record are included in all communications/updates not just the one email address included.
