Locker History
We would like a report/form that would show locker history. If a student withdrew from school and their locker was removed from demographics, be able to view those previously assigned lockers.
This will allow us to confirm the locker is clean, and in working condition prior to reassigning it.

Show the query of all reports
Please show the query that is used for each report at the bottom, so that if we need to run a keep/skip or adjust the data, we can do so from the query table.

Street Address Report by Street Name - was in Client would like in .net
Bring into .net the Street Address Report by Street Name that was an option to print in Client Server but is not a part of .net. This report allows for bus managment and more.

Print Student Room/Section Listing Report Options - Add Counselor
Please add the option to sort by Counselor to the Print Student Room/Section Listing Report Options. Our juvenile hall runs this report daily and they always have to run a Keep Query in order to print by Counselor.

School/District option to prevent report cards from being printed while a grading window is open for SBG and GRD.
We have taken away the ability for teachers to print report cards, however as Option 1 we would like a system lock out option that would prevent the reports from being generated/printed while the grading window is open as defined by Portal Options/Grades for SBG and GRD. Option 2 solution would be to have a watermark of "unofficial" on the reports that are printed while the grading window is open. Allow teachers access to "Asset Course Listing" report
Teachers often check out materials to students, and it would be helpful if they could run reports wihich show which students have checked out the required materials and returned the assets.

Missing Distance Learning Attendance Information Report takes too long to process
When running the Print Missing Distance Learning Attendance Information report for multiple or all teachers for more than 1-2 weeks, it is taking an extremely long tine to process and locks up the workstation. The Missing Distance Learning Attendance Information Report should be changed to a Long-Running Process, especially when trying to process for multiple weeks & multiple teachers.

On Print Scheduling Reverse Verification Listing Report add a filter right underneath Select Courses to be used if not all. Since Courses are Districtwide most Districts have hundreds of courses.

District-Level Printing of Instructional Minutes Certification Log
District with many schools would like the option to print the Missing Instructional Minutes Certification Log at the district level, and select multiple schools to print. It would also be nice to be able to select schools by type: Elem, Secondary, etc.

Weekly Attendance Report - the report options should be remembered.
Print Weekly Attendance Report by Class - the "Include Inactive Students?" box should be checked by default or be remembered when the report is ran again.

On the Class Roster Report for Teachers - print the Custom Caption for the STU fields when they are selected to print.

Add option to send English translation in addition to translated copy for letters/reports sent to parent/guardian
Add an option to include the English copy along with translated copy, for reports/letters sent to parent/guardian. EdCode 48985 requires English copy and primary language copy to be sent to parent/guardian, if 15% or more of pupils speak a primary language other than English.

New Reports to Analyze Family Data
Would like the ability to run report that show total families for District and each school site, and relational family data based on family keys assigned.
Would also like to have reports that show the relationship of families from one school to another. For example, a report from School 5 that shows there are 20 families in School 5 that have siblings in School 1, and 15 families in School 5 that have siblings in School 2, etc.

Student Visitation report always includes inactive students
The Student Visitation Report includes inactive students by default. A checkbox (un-checked by default) should be added to "Include Inactive Students," so that the inclusion of inactive students is optional.

The Daily Enrollment/Dates report in Client Version had an option for "Group by Class ID". Can this option be added to the Web?

ADA Make-Up Detailed Report
Create a report that tells which absence was made up by a specific ADA makeup date attended. It should go by date of recovery session and contain:
Time of session, Student ID, Student name, Grade, which date was recovered, and date the transaction was entered.1 vote
