Graduation/College Readiness Dashboard Counselor Dropdown list
Currently, the counselor drop-down list on this page is extracted from STU.CU, which links to the TCH table, and is not used. This needs to be modified to use STU.CNS linked to the STF table.

Analytics security permission change
Currently, users with READ permissions to Analytics have the "Configs / Functions" menu item available. This should be removed for users with READ permission. We have noticed this is confusing for users and we don't want them to use this feature.

When navigating in Item Definitions, the dropdown menu should default to the item that you are viewing
When editing item definitions and searching for like indicators to update, the dropdown menu should default to the indicator that you are viewing so that you can navigate elsewhere. This will save lots of scrolling when trying to get back to the section of indicators that you are editing.

The Graduation/College Readiness Dashboard
The Graduation/College Readiness Dashboard does not maintain a stable set of data. If this tool worked, it would enable our scheduling team to easily identify students in need of specific credit requirements. This would allow for them to efficiently monitor the progress of all students in the school in real time without relying on individual transcript evaluations.
Also, this will allow us to proactively manage Site results in regards to the California State Dashboard (ie: College/Career Indicator). Currently out curriculum department does not have an easy means to directly identify students who are showing needs as indicated by the California…

Aeries Analytics - Process GTE and PGM Records for GATE Indicators
When Aeries Analytics is processing the Gifted and Talented (GATE) indicator(s) it should evaluate both GTE and PGM.CD = 127 records and include students with active records in either table.

Add GRC and ABS to Analytics to support new indicator features
With the ability to create indicators based on any table and field, if the primary table is not available, these new feature do not apply. Adding GRC and ABS allows for many variations on building indicators and allows customers to build things like: F's on a report card, Period Attendance values, etc.

Analytics - Add Resources/Assets tables (DRT, DRI, and DRA)
it would be phenomenal to be able to have dashboards of staff/students who have checked out assets like chromebooks, hotspots, laptops, etc. Also be able to have the opposite; for example dashboards of students that don't have assets checked out. The dashboard options would be by site, school, teacher, and class.

In Analytics Indicators, if a threshold contains 0 and a decimal students are not being included
In Analytics Indicators, if a threshold contains 0 and a decimal, students that meet the threshold are not being included ex: 0.24

Analytics Dashboard Scroll Bar
Add a horizontal scroll bar to allow easier viewing of more records. Currently dashboards only show limited records limited to the default size.

Analytics - Do Not Truncate Long Subgroup Names
When adding more subgroups to a dashboard through the Filter > Subgroups, do not truncate the Subgroup name when doing the grouping.

Add ability to pull an Indicator in Analytics by CRS.S2 field
Some districts have grad requirements that are met based on the CRS.S2 field value. Please add the option to include CRS.S2 value to Analtyics.

The ability to create a counselor subgroup in Aeries Analytics
We are moving to using Aeries Analytics dashboards for our entire school district to be able to identify how to best aim our resources. Our counselors, by necessity have access to the entire school they work at, but they also have a caseload of students specific to them. We need them to be able to run analytics based on their caseload, but currently we cannot find a way to use the counseling field to create a dynamic group that would do this. This field cannot be a static student group because we constantly get new enrollments and the data would…

Analytics - Add a Table Chart
In Analytics we would like the abilty to add a chart type of table. For example it would be great to make an enrollment count by ethnicity (x axis) and grade table (y axis).

Add Assertive Discipline Location field to Analytics

Analytics Dashboard Groups in list of Dashboards
Allow custom dashboards to be organized into groups in the dashboard list. For example more than just "My Dashboards" and "Shared Dashboards". Have dashboards groups like: Grades Dashboards, Attendance Dashboards, and have the ability to place dashboards into those groups.

Hide Label Layout Levels on Pie Charts
Add option to hide label layout levels that are not being used on pie charts. For example, hiding level 5 when looking at CAASPP performance levels.
