Standards Based Grades with Two Teachers
Currently in Standards Based Grades, if there are two teachers in a job share or team teaching situation, only the primary teacher has access to data entry on the Grades page, even though both or all staff ID numbers have been entered on that Teacher record or MST section record. This includes emulation.

Initialize New SBG Grading Cycle for One Section for Elem w/MST
I would like to request an option be added to the Initialize New Standards Based Grading Cycle table where users can update for one section for schools set up as Elem w/MST, similar to how the Initialize New Grade Reporting Cycle is set up. Currently we are only allowed to create/update SBG for one student at a time and it would be nice to update an entire section of students when needed.

Print Standards Based Report Cards - Option to Sort by Grade and Student
Currently, the Print Standards Based Report Cards report prints alphabetically - by teacher. Like many districts, we print by grade and would like to be able to have the grade print alphabetically by student so we can just file the lot, instead of having to file each class separately.

Standards Based Grades - Separate the "Explanation of Marks" on different Report Card types.
It would be great to be able to separate and indicate which Explanation of Marks show up on which Report Card template. For example, when building a report card for SPED, we only want to show in the Explanation of Mark legend, the explanation of marks that apply to the SPED standards.

Can there be an Admin report to print all standards based report card templates at once instead of individually? Or maybe give a check list of which templates to print on one report?

Standard Based Grades Input by Teacher - Add a filter teacher option
As of now, pre-teachers who have multiple classes assigned to them have no class filtering capabilities when entering grades. The pre-teachers drop-down list in the 'View by Student' list is never-ending and hard to navigate. Also, when they select 'View by Standard' they see all students for that grade level standard.
Given that many of our 'prep-teachers' serve multiple classes/grades it would be ideal for them to have the option to either select by teacher or class. Similar to what Aeries admins are able to do when viewing 'Standard Based Grades by Teacher'.
By being able to select a teacher/class…

Making Schoology rubrics work with SBG
Many schools use Schoology now, and while Aeries allows you to grade multiple standards in one assignment with individual scores, in Schoology - you can only add one rubric per assignment and then each row gets added together. So if you have a 4pt rubric with 3 rows it will send Aeries 12 points for that assignment. This not only doesn't line up with most people's rubric configurations in Aeries but it also muddles the scores for each standard into one final score so students and teachers can't track progress on individual skills. I did ask Schoology to see if…

Allow Custom Standards (Learning Targets) at Elementary Schools in the Gradebook
Currently, Custom Standards are only allowed at Secondary Schools. Our elementary teachers develop learning targets for every standard, and would like the ability to record them in the gradebook.

Single Page Elementary SBG Report Card
Allow customization of the elementary report card, to allow for a single-page SBG report card. This would be the same as the current 2-page 2-column format, except on one single page, with the comments on the first page. Very useful for schools that have just a few standards to report on.
