Enroll Path Record Reconciliation for Existing Aeries Students
When a parent submits an online enrollment for a student who already exists in Aeries, registrars need a way to review and reconcile the submitted data against the student’s current Aeries record. Today this requires manually updating the student record in Aeries.
This feature adds a reconciliation process that lets registrars compare Enroll Path data side by side with existing Aeries data and decide what to keep. For sections with multiple records, such as Contacts and Insurance, registrars can link submitted records to existing Aeries records so they are updated in place instead of duplicated. They can also leave records unlinked so they are added as new. Once reconciliation is saved, the decisions carry into the enrollment for further work or submission.
Benefit: Registrars stay in control of what changes in the SIS, avoid duplicate records, and no longer have to update student records by hand.
