Remove Middle School Transcript Records for High School Students Post Rollover
Add an optional step to the New Year Rollover process that allows districts to automatically delete transcript (HIS) records from high school students' transcripts when those records were taken at a middle school.
Consideration should be made regarding Off Grade Courses (OGC) table if these transcript records count towards High-School Graduation requirements.
