CALPADS Fall 2 CRSE Extract Omits Pull-Out/Push-In Sections with No Enrolled Students
When a Master Schedule section is marked Pull-Out/Push-In Teacher = Yes and has no students enrolled, the CALPADS Fall 2 Course Section Enrollment (CRSE) extract does not include a record for that section unless Itinerant Teacher is also marked Yes. Update the CRSE extract logic to include all sections marked as Pull-Out/Push-In, even when no students are enrolled in the section.
