Deselecting a school in the Active Students by School and Grade report does not remove it
When running the Active Students by School and Grade report from district view, unchecking a school did not remove it; the school reappeared at the end of the selected list and still printed on the report.
The only reliable workaround is to clear all schools and reselect schools.
