CHI - now that we have the status field, please let us select not to show inactives in the CHI page
Now that CHI has the inactive/status field, add a check box to CHI page to HIDE Inactives (or SHOW inactives).

Additionally allow us to only show active CHI entries in all pages -- School office staff often picks inactive schools/districts as the search will show all with no indication if the entry is inactive!
