Query: Support District-Level LIST Queries with Multiple Extended/Calculated Fields
What is happening now
When a district-level LIST query includes multiple extended/calculated fields (such as ATTPERC, DISADVANTAGED, SPECIALED, 504PLAN, TITLE1CMIGRANT, HOMELESSPRG, and FOSTER_PRG), the results window opens but never populates. The same query runs successfully at the school level and when limited to a single school.
Why this matters
Districts need to identify students who qualify across multiple program areas in a single district-wide pull. The current behavior requires running separate queries per school and manually consolidating results, which is not practical at scale.
Impact if unchanged
Districts with large student populations cannot use Query to efficiently report on combined program eligibility, limiting the usefulness of extended fields for district-level data analysis.
Workaround
Limit the district query to one school at a time using KEEP STU IF SC = [school code] and consolidate results manually.
