Filter Attendance Recovery Bank by School Grade Range for Pre-Enrolled Students
The Attendance Recovery Bank currently displays pre-enrolled students whose current grade level falls outside the school’s configured grade range. For example, 6th grade students are appearing in a middle school Attendance Recovery Bank that should only include grades 7–8, and 8th grade students are appearing in a high school bank configured for grades 9–12.
Enhance the Attendance Recovery Bank logic to exclude pre-enrolled students when their current grade level is outside the school’s LOC grade range. This would help ensure the Attendance Recovery Bank only displays students appropriate for that school and reduce confusion during transition periods between elementary, middle, and high school.
