"Import Assigment from Google" Behaves differently from an individual assignment import
Thise might be more of a bug than a feature request, I am not sure.
The "Import Assigment from Google" Behavior from the main Dashboard will not overwrite scores changed in google classroom and reimported, once the "Is Grading Complete?" Box has been checked.
For example, if import scores, then check the "is grading complete?" box, it will finalize that assignment. Red boxes will occur for anyone who has no assignment score. If i go back to google classroom and update an entry for a missing score, and then reimport, it will not overwrite the redbox with the score that I entered in google classroom. I would have to go back to aeries, uncheck the "is grading complete?" box, and then reimport from Google classroom again, or manually type the scores.
However, this behavior does not occur if you go to the individual assignment and click the "show more" dropdown, and then click "Import from Google." When yuo do it this way, it will overwrite the scores from google classroom.
The problem with this is that you have to do it separately for each class period. That's tedious.
Please implement the ability to overwrite scores that have the "Is grading complete?" box checked by scores that have been changed in Google Classroom prior to the import.
SInce it behaves this way with the indidividual import I can't see why it wouldn't with the mass google classroom import button.
