Students with Absences Report with Time Period
We would like to have a report similar to “Students with Absences” that can do the following:
- Allows us to select particular attendance codes (similar to current report)
- Allows us to select a time period (similar to current report)
- Reports the “total” as number of days with one or more periods missed. If a month has 20 school days, a student could not have a total higher than 20.
This report would align with SARB reporting and allow all middle and high schools to better identify a student’s attendance patterns after a particular date. This is important because subsequent SARB letters should be sent when a certain number of absences have occurred following the date the previous letter was sent.
