Sometimes the way we have data in Aeries causes issues with a vendor. For example, we bus students between schools every period for singleton classes that are only offered at one school. This can cause issues with vendors that are rostering classes based on school and section rather than period and staff member.

A lot of issues like this could be resolved by my staff if we could modify the data using data mapping rules similar to CALPADs extracts. For example, we could upload all students and classes as a District instead of schools so that a teacher can see all the students assigned to them in the third-party program rather than just those in the same school as them.
