We used to have a date filter option (on the previous CALPADS extract page)

Extract Only Data Changes:
Include any changes from the Date: _____ until now.

The challenge we are facing is that the SINF file continues to grow. We have gone from 9000 records in mid-September to now 13,500 records. The file will only continue to grow as we progress through the year.

The time to process files in CALPADS is correlated to their size (number of records). So, the file will take longer and longer to process as the school year progresses.
Most of that time will be re-processing needless records (as nothing will have changed).

As the SINF extract is needed by everyone (in CA) I believe everyone would benefit from the option to submit fewer records to CALPADS for most of the daily extracts we perform.
