IEP/504 Notification
I want every teacher's gradebook, attendance roster, etc. to have the code "IEP" or "504" next a students name (as a link to the uploaded IEP/504 or to a field with accommodation/modification information) in the same way it says "SSA" for students who have been suspended. When entering grades in the gradebook, teachers often forget which students need modified grading and what those modifications are. This also allows teachers immediate access to this information.

We have 4 for 504
2 for mod/diploma bound in SP Ed (U2) field -

This is essential to having teachers and subs get a full picture of the student at a glance. We are currently using a User field to display for teacher but as with anything done manually there are some holes we would like filled with this idea.

We have this set up by using the user field code. We have the U1 codes set to show I for IEP and 5 for 504. We also show if they are ELL and what their computer login and passwords are.
