Hi Julie,
I set this up for my district using the User-Defined fields in Demographics (STU.U! through STU.U13) because you can add fields to Teacher Attendance in Portal Options but only for fields in the STU table. I have SQL code I run everyday that updates the field (and does a number of other things) but you can ask Aeries to set up a nightly process that checks for active CSE table records for IEPs, and active FOF/PGM records for 504s, and clears the field if it finds neither.

Please add translations for 504 Plan printouts for students with a Correspondence Language so we can send them to parents who don't speak English. Similar to how report cards can be set up to print in different languages, thanks! :-)
