We are pdfing the Course Request letter to parents and sending it as a secure document through School Messenger and ParentSquare. In order to do this we have to have the Student ID in the same place on the form for OCR. We added the ID number in the portion we can edit, but the problem arises when the Parent Guardian name is long and pushes into a second line in the header which then pushes the ID number down and our OCR can't find it. We need the full parent guardian name on one line to match the templates being used.

So, could you make the Parent Guardian name in the letter header longer so the field character length matches the field length in STU.
