In Assets, I want to be able to remove the recycled items from the available items but still retain the information

Same here,
We are migrating our Chromebook device management to a separate system and would like the Chromebook specific assets locked/disabled/tagged inactive so they can no longer be checked out to students.
Also would like to avoid deleting them to access their history if ever needed.
