Add a Link to Test Settings from 504 Plan
Add a link to the Test Settings page within the 504 Plan page to make it easier for staff to update Test Settings Accommodations and Designated Supports for the 504 students.

The More Actions button at the bottom of the 504 Plan page has a link to Test Settings.

I feel like this may have existed at one point, but I may be confused by the link from Special Education.
