Print Letters to Parents - Change wording on dropdown box to remove reference to terms
On the Print Letters to Parents settings form it refers to a number of absences/tardies "this trimester" or "this semester" in the dropdown box. This report actually uses the Count Attendance Between Start Date and End Date field and has nothing to do with what the drop down says (trimester).
Please change the wording from the drop down box to remove reference to a term. This can be confusing, because not all schools/Districts create letters on a per term basis. Should for example if the dropdown displays "7 or more days this trimester" it should be changed to "7 or more days".
