Add NCAA Indicator to the Courses Page
Add a component to the Courses page to indicate if a course NCAA approved, similar to UC/CSU.
This could be used to aid GPA and credit calculations as well.

With the new Course Characteristics feature on the Courses page, districts can define an unlimited number of additional course flags like NCAA Approved.
