The Supplemental attendance class roster allows for a sign in and sign out page. We would like to have a sign in and sign out option for the week.

Supplemental Attendance Report (CCLC/ASES and ASSETs) report - convert data to hours
As the state now requires CCLC/Assets data to be reported in hours, we would like to request that the Supplemental Attendance Report (CCLC/ASES and ASSETs) report calculate data in hours. Currently this report calculates by day.

Supplemental Attendance Hourly Report - enhance the Excel version of the report to calculate hours
As the state now requires CCLC/Assets data to be reported in hours, we would like to request that the Excel version of the report calculate data in hours. All other versions (PDF, TXT) of this report calculate in hours, however, Excel converts the data to minutes.

Early Release/Late Arrival (Supplemental Attendance)
There is a requirement for after school programs (ASES). CDE requires that we note early release/late arrival. We would like to accomplish this via a code in supplemental attendance. At this time, there is no way to add codes or comments.

Delete Supplemental Attendance Data When Student Deleted From Session
When a student is deleted from supplemental attendance (ATA), give an option to also delete all of the dates they attended (ATD). As of now the tables do not have that relationship.

We would like a student schedule report of Supplemental Attendance sessions they are scheduled in. Something similar to a student locator. Having a display in the parent/student portal would be helpful. Thank you.

Link Supplemental Attendance Sessions to the Bell Scheduler
If a supplemental Attendance session is linked to a specific period, the start and end times should be reflected by the bell scheduler rather than having to update the times on the bell scheduler AND the session.

Teacher Supplemental Attendance - Allow Comment
Add a comment bubble next to the daily session minutes so teachers can make a comment on why a student leaves a session early or comes in late, similar to the attendance notes feature in Classroom Attendance.
