Allow OAuth authentication to be used for SMTP
Microsoft has announced that they will begin deprecating Basic Authentication (Username/Password) methods for sending emails via SMTP through their Exchange services, which will affect our Office 365 customers.

Student documents via Aeries API
Enhance the Aeries API to allow access the Student Documents page. This would allow users to automate paper document processing by utilizing the API to GET and POST documents to Aeries.

Aeries API - make Student SMS field available (STU.MPH)
The SMS field for Students (STU.MPH) is available through the OneRoster extract that you create for me, but it isn't mapped in the OneRoster files through the API. It would be great if this could also be mapped in the API One Roster files.

Allow controls on the Aeries Admin end to limit API endpoints based on STU.SC and STU.TG values so we have control over broad requests made by a vendor which pull student records that may have never been intended to go into their system.

Ability to Override API Data by Vendor
Sometimes the way we have data in Aeries causes issues with a vendor. For example, we bus students between schools every period for singleton classes that are only offered at one school. This can cause issues with vendors that are rostering classes based on school and section rather than period and staff member.
A lot of issues like this could be resolved by my staff if we could modify the data using data mapping rules similar to CALPADs extracts. For example, we could upload all students and classes as a District instead of schools so that a teacher can see…

One Roster & API include ClassCode field
There is an optional ClassCode field in the Classes file that we can utilize to make it easier for teachers to identify their classes in other systems. If we could add just the section # MST.SE in this field that would be great. Everywhere else it is appended with other information (School code) and we want to have just the section #.
