Online Enrollment Application Status - change Completed titled to Submitted or Pending
"When an enrollment application is submitted, it is listed as a ""Completed"" enrollment in the Parent's AIR account. This should be titled ""Submitted Enrollments or Pending Enrollments""
Partial Enrollments should be re-titled to ""Incomplete"" enrollments. This way when we set them as Incomplete, they would be labeled as such.
Once a record is Imported by the school site, the enrollment disappears from the AIR portal, and then under Completed Enrollments, it reads ""You have no completed enrollments""
Even though we send email confirmations, parents still log into their AIR portal and panic because it says they have No Completed Enrollments. Along with the title change suggestions above, it would be very helpful if the imported enrollment records do not disappear, but instead are labeled as ""Completed"" or ""Imported"" only once the school imports the record. We receive many emails from parents asking to confirm their enrollments because they no longer have any completed enrollments listed in their accounts.
