When creating Portal Document Groups under Update Code Table DCV.FG for the Code you can put in more than 3 characters, however, if you have more than 3 characters the documents will not save under the created Portal Document Group. You are able to move a document and it will show under the Portal Group name, however, once you refresh or navigate away and come back the document would go back to the top where it was. You should not be able to put in more than 3 characters if it will not work if you have more than 3 characters. The Documentation does say it can only be 3 characters, however, it should probably not allow more than 3 characters to be added if it will not work when there are more than 3 characters
