Create a report that contains GPA calculations per term
When you print a transcript, you can see each term (per year) contains a GPA calculation. Though on Aeries, there is no report that contains this kind of data, it is something we have to calculate on a spreadsheet. Would be helpful to have a report within Aeries can be adjusted and downloaded that contains GPA calculations based on the term you select from previous years, not just recent.

Hello, I wanted to let you know that work on this item was completed for the 1-Column Transcript design and released to customers on 2/24/2026. Here are the relevant revision notes:
New Features
See GPA Calculation Page and Report.
- Student Data > Grades > Transcripts: A View GPA Calculation button is now available for built-in GPAs for users with read permission to the new Transcript View GPA Calculation Button security group. After the students' GPA is recomputed, clicking this button opens the new View GPA Calculation page showing the details of how the selected GPA was calculated. This data is stored in the Built-in (BGV) table and requires that students' GPA is recomputed to capture this data. The following functions will insert records into the BGV table:
- The Recompute Cumulative GPA and Class Rank function
- Transcripts Page: Clicking on the Recompute GPA button
- Transcripts > View GPA Calculation: The View GPA Calculation page will display a session timeout message if the page is left open and the login times out.
- View All Reports > GPA Calculations:
- The report now includes Built-In GPA options for users with read permission to the new Transcript View GPA Calculation Button security group. When a built-in GPA is selected, the report displays the course detail of how that GPA was calculated.
- This report will display a message indicating no GPA information is available to print if there are not any GPA records in the Built-In GPA (BGV) or District GPA (DGV) tables. Instructions on how to populate these tables will also be displayed in the message.
- The GPA Calculations report will group all courses without a subject area defined under the 'No Subject Area' group header when the Sort by Subject option is selected.

On the Grades page if there could be a total GPA at the bottom of each column (not calculating in previous column/Mark GPA into each progressively). Just GPA for one individual Mark.
