Our District Our schools use the Student Documents ( StudentDocuments.aspx ) area in Aeries to maintain 504 documents.

Our staff has been using third party tools to digitally send the documents to the parents to sign and return and then they re-upload another copy to Student Documents.

If Aeries had a form "Signature Contracts" that we could link to an Aeries form and Student Document, we can then send it to the parent ( similar to Independent Study Contracts ) to have it digitally signed.

This would not only reduce the complexity for staff and parents, but also reduce the overall size of the DB for multiple Document uploads for the same content.
