Attendance notifications
We want our school sites to have ownership of their attendance notifications, but right now, only Admin level users have the ability to set those up. We'd like to be able to give those permissions to whoever the school principal designates to complete that step.

This is perfect as an attendance secretary doesn't need full admin control but are responsible for all notifications
