District Assets - Add option to email letter
Add the ability to generate email letters to the parents with a list of the assets that are still checked out to the student instead of having to print and mail a letter.

Also, it would be beneficial if "comments" were able to be included since that's where we sometimes add fee notes for damages or other issues.
