Hello, I wanted to let you know that the following development was completed as part of the changes for Expanded Learning Programs and shipped on 6/24/2025.
Here are the relevant revision notes:
New Year Rollover:
- For California districts, data in the following tables will roll over for records with start dates on or after July: Supp Att Calendar (ATC), Supp Att Assignments (ATA), Supp Att Data (ATD).
School Info:
- Configurations > District Settings:
- A new district setting titled “Supplemental Attendance Program Codes for Attendance Recovery” is now available. Users with Edit rights can identify which Supplemental Attendance Program (ATP.TY) codes are used for this program type. See District Settings.
- A new district setting titled “Expanded Learning Programs” is now available. Users with Edit rights can identify which Supplemental Attendance Program (ATP.TY) codes are used for this program type. See District Settings.

Hello, I wanted to let you know the following was completed and released to our customers on 3/17/26:
School Info > Configuration > District Settings: Supplemental Attendance Sessions can be identified as part of Attendance Recovery OR Expanded Learning Opportunities Program, but not both. Now when selecting the Supplemental Attendance Type Session codes for each program, users will not be allowed to identify the same code in both programs. See District Settings

Hey Kevin,
What I mean by this is other logos...Logo might not be the right word. Our High School principal got a transcript from another school that had the logo from WASC, CTE, Golden Bell, and one other that eludes me right now. They were hoping that we could do something like that as well. On the one that they showed me, there was a comment box on the bottom with little logos in it.
They also wanted to be able to add the high school logo in addition to the district logo.
