An error occurred while saving the comment abarreto commentedI agree 100% with Anita and I would add that sometimes people have a SEID, not because they failed the Credentialing program but because they chose a different path for their career (that's my case :). Also, districts who have integrated Escape and Aeries (like my district, Alameda Unified) do not have the option to change the SEID number to 9999999999 since it would be overwritten by the SEID every night when the Escape import takes place.

An error occurred while saving the comment abarreto commentedPlease update the LAC.YEL field when importing the AtRisk and LTEL students to that we can use Aeries Analytics to identify At Risk and LTEL students based on how many years students have been in the EL program.
Thanks,

Having students under 'No Action' is a big issue for our counselors when a student does not make any changes or does not need to have his/her academic plan changed since they have no way of knowing if they have already reviewed the student's Academic Plan or not. Currently, they have to keep track of the 'No Action' students in a separate spreadsheet to find out if they reviewed their Academic Plan or not.
