    An update has been posted to the Known Issue Informational Post regarding Attendance Recovery LINK


    3/27/26 - Coming Soon:

    Final testing is being conducted on a large update to Attendance Recovery process, which will allow accurate tracking of earned versus utilized time.


    Key changes will include:

    • Attendance Recovery hours earned are stored at the session level and will be summarized for reporting.
    • When an absence is recovered, Minutes Utilized are automatically tracked on the attendance record (ATT.AMU).
    • A new Attendance Recovery Bank (ARB) page will be available for California districts, providing a read-only view of all students' AR summary data. Currently only students who have ATD records linked to Attendance Recovery will be visible on this page. We are planning a further enhancement to allow showing all students with recoverable absences on this page.
    • A Mass Calculate button on the ARB page will allow authorized users to trigger recalculation of…

    The ability to use CON.CP instead of CON.TL for Aeries Online Enrollment would be amazing. We use ParentSquare which requires the CON.CP to be filled out so we end up asking parents to enter the same number twice. Allowing us to choose the field for phone number would be best.
