  5. OneRoster: Limit Extract to include CON Records for Active Students only

    In the Users.csv file produced by the OneRoster v1.1 Configuration's 'Run Now and Email' process, parent (PAT) records are being created even when the agentSourcedIds field is empty. This leads to the creation of unnecessary parent accounts for students who are inactive or no longer enrolled in the district.

  7. CRDC - Discipline Setup - Ability to add AND as a condition

    We don't have a huge Suspendable Offense Code table and use A1-Phys/Inj/Fight (caused, attempted to cause, or threatened to cause physical injury to another person) for both actual fights & physical injury as well as threats. When I do the CRDC Discipline set up, there's no ability to put an AND condition to be able to include a user field to help separate the threats from the fights. So Physical Attack & Threats are getting over reported for CRDC because every A1 is getting counted for both. Currently it shows 114 physical injury & 92 Threats. Being able to add…

  8. In Flex, create a way to identify Sections with no Primary Teacher assigned

    A general report for Flex Scheduling SMS and MST that will identify Sections without a Primary Teacher assigned.
    And, if an SSE/SSM record is not present, the Teacher will appear as Teacher 0 (unassigned) so that the section will appear in Aeries Query & Reports.

    CALPADS SENR extract - For E155 records, the Enrollment Exit Date in SENR is not pulling the last active day of school for the student when tracks are being used and the Calendar has *track vacation days. Honor tracks for the option "Auto-close enrollment (E155/E156).

  13. CALPADS - Don't make auto close SENR enrollment E155 default

    Can you make this setting have the ability to be save if unchecked. There are many reasons why I don't want the system to auto close an enrollment due to SINC, SIRS and SOFF files that won't post if uploaded against a close enrollment. It's a pain to try and remember to uncheck it every time I go in to the CALPADS extracts page.

    Modify the y-axis on the Standards Based Progress Dashboard to display the current term Mark values when the Portal Option > Grades > "Display Only Marks for Teachers, Parents and Students (Applies to SBG Grades and Gradebooks)" is set to True.

    Just to be clear, the first iteration of this will be in the Parent Data Confirmation Module. It is in final testing now, and we hope to ship it very soon. This work item will be updated when that portion ships, but we won't close this until it is also released for Online Enrollment.

  18. Parent Data Confirmation and Medical Insurance

    Be able to capture health insurance information and to populate the fields for Health Insurance Name and Student Medical Record Number/Policy Number in the Medical Insurance Page in Parent Data Confirmation.

    In addition, Please add the following fields to the Medical Insurance Page: Medi-Cal True/False checkbox, Medi-Cal #, DHCS Confirmation Number, and Primary Care Physician, First and Last Name of the Policy Holder and if the insurance Is Primary or Secondary

    5/12/25 Update:

    We have been meeting with the Third-Party Administrator for CYBHI, Carelon Behavioral Health, in order to make sure that the next round of updates all conform to their established imports and processes. We are starting development on additional features for this project, which will be released as soon as they pass testing. 

    1. Adding the ability to prompt and/or require parents to confirm their insurance information as part of Parent Data Confirmation. 
    2. Adding additional fields to hold Subscriber information to the Insurance table.
    3. The fields to be added will be informed by the Insurance file requirements controlled by Carelon. 
    4. Insitituting a drop-down menu with pre-poulated medical insurance carriers for easier data population and management.
    5. The list for Insurance type M (Medical will be pre-populated from the list provided by Carelon. 
    6. There will be an option for "Other" that will allow a different insurance carrier to be entered into a…

  19. Add Print Option to Emergency Card to Include Insurance Info

    It would be helpful to include Insurance information as a Print option to the Emergency Card.

    Information such as Insurance Co, policy information, physician name & phone #, and hospital preference...may be all beneficial in the case of an emergency.
