  6. In Flex, create a way to identify Sections with no Primary Teacher assigned

    A general report for Flex Scheduling SMS and MST that will identify Sections without a Primary Teacher assigned.
    And, if an SSE/SSM record is not present, the Teacher will appear as Teacher 0 (unassigned) so that the section will appear in Aeries Query & Reports.

  9. Add Print Option to Emergency Card to Include Insurance Info

    It would be helpful to include Insurance information as a Print option to the Emergency Card.

    Information such as Insurance Co, policy information, physician name & phone #, and hospital preference...may be all beneficial in the case of an emergency.

  10. Allow tooltips that show the query code for a field.

    This is a feature that used to be activated on the SQL version of Aeries. It would be such a time saver to be able to hover the cursor over a field and have the table and field query field code pop up.

    We are currently working on a project to have table and field overlays for every page in our system. This is partially completed already, but will continue to be worked on throughout this year. These are accessible via the table and field icon in the top right corner.

    Hello, this work item to allow schools to collect e-Signature from parents during the Parent Data Confirmation process has been released on 05/27/25. Here are the relevant revision notes:

    • Portal Management > Portal Options > Parent Data Changing: An option has been added to Parent Data Confirmation page under the General Tab to Enable Parent e-Signatures. 
    • Adjust Final confirmation step to capture Parent e-Signature for PDC if the option is set to TRUE in portal options. 
    • When the parent e-signature option is enabled for Parent Data Confirmation, printing the Student Emergency Card during the final confirmation step will now include the parent e-signature name, date and time in the signature line. 
    • Add Account ID (AID) and Signatory Name (NM) fields to capture PDC Parent e-Signature on the Information Confirmation Log (ICL) table.

  12. Parent Data Confirmation and Medical Insurance

    Be able to capture health insurance information and to populate the fields for Health Insurance Name and Student Medical Record Number/Policy Number in the Medical Insurance Page in Parent Data Confirmation.

    In addition, Please add the following fields to the Medical Insurance Page: Medi-Cal True/False checkbox, Medi-Cal #, DHCS Confirmation Number, and Primary Care Physician, First and Last Name of the Policy Holder and if the insurance Is Primary or Secondary

    5/12/25 Update:

    We have been meeting with the Third-Party Administrator for CYBHI, Carelon Behavioral Health, in order to make sure that the next round of updates all conform to their established imports and processes. We are starting development on additional features for this project, which will be released as soon as they pass testing. 

    1. Adding the ability to prompt and/or require parents to confirm their insurance information as part of Parent Data Confirmation. 
    2. Adding additional fields to hold Subscriber information to the Insurance table.
    3. The fields to be added will be informed by the Insurance file requirements controlled by Carelon. 
    4. Insitituting a drop-down menu with pre-poulated medical insurance carriers for easier data population and management.
    5. The list for Insurance type M (Medical will be pre-populated from the list provided by Carelon.

  13. Golden State Seal & State Seal of Biliteracy

    Would like the ability to Export the students along with their qualifying data (same as on the report) to Excel. This will make it easier for staff to review and add additional information, missing students, or remove students. We use the final Excel file to add the ACT records after each school has also been reviewed by the district office. We do not use the form to mass add the records, and cannot use it for the biliteracy as we have a seperate record for each students language.
