Attendance History (AHS) not analyzing all tracks
Attendance History and Days Enrolled on the Attendance page are not matching. AHS Update uses legacy logic that only processes tracks A–F. When tracks beyond F are encountered (e.g., Q), the track value is zeroed and AHS falls back to generic holidays (HO) instead of the track‑specific holiday column (e.g., T17 for Track Q). Result: Days that should be excluded for Track Q aren’t excluded in AHS, inflating “Days Enrolled.”

- 3rd Party System Connections: Enabling USPS Address Verification will now require a Client ID and Secret Key in order to use the Zip Lookup tool. See 3rd Party System Connections
- Student Data > Demographics > Change Address button > Address Lookup Tool: Changes to the USPS API caused the Address Lookup Tool to route incorrectly, preventing address validation. The Lookup Tool now connects to the updated USPS API endpoint, restoring expected functionality. See USPS Zip Code Lookup

CALPADS Extracts - SENR Summer Grads
Enhance Aeries to extract 1 day SENR enrollment records for reporting summer grads to CALPADS.

Student Counts and PE Days/Minutes per Week Incorrectly Populating for Non-Teacher of Record Classroom Positions
The StaffSectionAssociation entity is including students counts for course-sections where the Classroom Position is not 'Teacher of Record'. Additionally, PE course sections are including PE Days/Week and Minutes/Week for PE course-sections where the Classroom Position is not 'Teacher of Record'. TWEDS reporting guidance states that number of students and PE Days and Minutes per week data is only reported for course-sections when the Classroom Position is '01-Teacher of Record', all other Classroom Positions should report 0 students and should not include the additional PE data for applicable PE course-sections.

Ed-Fi Sync Errors need to display the Full Message on the Page
Currently the Ed-Fi Sync page Sync Errors do not completely show the full error message. When you hover over the error, the message appears, but it's difficult to read as it extends beyond the popup window.

CALPADS SSID Identifier Match Tool for Summer ELPAC showing incorrect Reporting Schl
In some cases, the CALPADS SSID Identifier > SSID Match for the Summer ELPAC process is incorrectly displaying the Reporting School for the student in the SSID Match tab under the Aeries Student column in the Reporting School row. The Reporting School should display from the student's enrollment in the school's database but is instead displaying from the matched record in the Results file. Additionally, the Enrollment Exit Date is also being populated with the date from the candidates matched result.

- When loading SSID match results for Summer ELPAC students, certain fields in the Aeries Student column within the SSID Match tab such as 'Reporting School' and 'Enrollment Exit Date' were incorrectly populated with data from the results file instead of reflecting the student’s current enrollment information from Aeries. CCGI CourseGradeTemplate - Save transcript year prior to 2010-2011 in correct YYYY-YY format
When a transcript record year is for a school year prior to 2010 - 2011, the CCGI Course Grade Template is generating invalid school year values (e.g., 205-6, 2096-97) in the SchoolYear column instead of properly formatted ranges like 2005-2006 or 1996-1997.

Special Education: Update SELPA Codes list for Santa Clara County SELPA Restructuring
Santa Clara County has restructured its SELPA designations, and the Special Education page needs to reflect these changes. We recommend updating the SELPA code list to include the new North West and South East SELPA names, while clearly marking the older codes as (No longer in use).

- A new field Alternate Minimum Day (CSE.AMD) will display on the Special Ed page, under the "Additional IEP/IFSP Information" section. This new field will allow users to record the alternate minimum number of minutes applicable to a specific Special Education Student to meet their minimum day standard, as recorded in their current IEP. This will be used for Attendance Recovery process in the future.
- The SELPA code list on the Special Education page has been updated to reflect recent changes from the Santa Clara County Office of Education. CCGI Extract Should Identify Dual Enrollment at the Course Level
Working with CCGI, we discovered that the extract indicates courses with [CRS.CL] = 24 as an 'N' - "Not Dual Enrollment" in the Course File if the associated Dual Enrollment School [HIS.SDE] is not also populated with a school in Transcripts.
While it won't be difficult to populate those records with our school, CCGI suggested that I open a ticket to ask that the extract pull those transcript entries as "Y - Dual Enrollment" by default, with or without the dual enrollment school populated in the transcript.

TEA has updated the data element PPCDServiceLocation to now be ECSEServiceLocation. The Student Special Education Program Association entity must be updated so that the logic to extract this data for students now references ECSEServiceLocation.

ASVAB - Create an export process to create file used for EDCS
Create an export process in Aeries where users can create the extract file that contains the ASVAB results along with other necessary data elements, CDS code, SSID, Academic Year and Highest AFQT score for the academic year which can then be submitted to Education Data Collection System (EDCS) by the user. In order to use this extract, results must previously have been uploaded into their Aeries database.

CALPADS STAS - Do not extract for students in NPS or Private Schools
As of 9/2024, CALPADS no longer accepts STAS records for students in an NPS or Private Schools (School of Attendance = 0000001) or private school group (School of Attendance = 0000002). Adjust the logic in Aeries to no longer extract automatically for these schools. Currently, Aeries automatically populates an exemption indicator for all NPS students. Remove logic that inserts the Exemption indicator.

School Info > Imports and Exports > CALPADS Extracts: As of September 2024, CALPADS no longer accepts STAS records for students in NPS (School of Attendance = 0000001) or Private Schools (School of Attendance = 0000002). Previously, Aeries automatically populated an exemption indicator for all NPS students. The logic that inserted the Exemption indicator was removed. Now, the STAS extract process will exclude NPS or Private school students in the CALPADS EOY > STAS extract files automatically so schools no longer need to de-select these schools.
