Limit Attendance Recovery Bank Calculations to District‑Selected ADA Make‑Up Codes
Enhance the Attendance Recovery Bank so that the Total Absences Recovered only include the ADA Make‑Up Codes explicitly selected in District Settings for Attendance Recovery.
Currently, the Attendance Recovery Bank counts all ADA make‑up codes found on attendance records, even when only specific codes (such as the district’s designated Attendance Recovery code) are selected. This enhancement would align AR Bank calculations with district configuration, improve accuracy, and prevent unintended codes (such as Saturday School ADA make‑up codes) from impacting Attendance Recovery totals.5 votesHello, this work item has been completed and was released on 4/20/26. Here are the relevant revision notes:
Supplemental Attendance > Attendance Recovery Bank: Multiple enhancements have been made to the Attendance Recovery Bank (ARB) page.
- District setting validation messages now display at the top of the page to indicate whether ADA codes and AR program codes are configured in District Settings.
- The ARB Calculation process now performs a full physical delete of existing ARB records prior to recalculation, scoped to the district or school level based on login context.
- Logic has been added to identify ATT records where a qualifying AR code is present and ATT.AMU is zero. When discrepancies are found, a message will appear at the top of the page with an option to resolve. Users with Mass Update permissions can update ATT.AMU directly from the ARB page; a confirmation prompt is required before the process…

BIL/ESL Attendance Calculations must honor the current BIL/ESL and Funding Type Descriptors

Report Card Options Allows Saving to GRP Table Without GRP Permissions
On the Report Card Options page, users can customize headers for Grade Report (GRD) marks. These customizations are saved into the Grade Report Mark Headings (GRP) table for any selected Grading Periods.
Currently, users who have GRD update permissions—but do not have GRP update permissions—are still able to save changes to the GRP table.
This creates a permissions bypass where users can modify GRP data without having the appropriate GRP access. We need the GRP permissions to be enforced.5 votesHello, this work item has been completed and was released on 4/1/26. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- Grade Reporting > Configurations > Grading Periods: Grading Periods for Grading Snapshots now allow users to define the heading and subheading that will print on the student's Report Card.
- Reports > Grade Report Card: The header and sub-header below the Mark drop-down are now read-only and are automatically populated from the Multiple Mark Headings and Descriptions page (GRP) for M1-12 or the Grading Periods page (GPD) for Grading Snapshots. NOTE: If your schools report Grading Snapshots on the Report Card, they will need to modify those Grading Periods to include a mark header and sub header to print on the Report Card.

Attendance History (AHS) not analyzing all tracks
Attendance History and Days Enrolled on the Attendance page are not matching. AHS Update uses legacy logic that only processes tracks A–F. When tracks beyond F are encountered (e.g., Q), the track value is zeroed and AHS falls back to generic holidays (HO) instead of the track‑specific holiday column (e.g., T17 for Track Q). Result: Days that should be excluded for Track Q aren’t excluded in AHS, inflating “Days Enrolled.”
2 votesHello, this work item has been completed and was released on 2/17/26. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- Student Data > Attendance History: The calculation logic has been updated as it could return incorrect counts if the number of tracks was above 6 (A-F).

Enable ESI Table Rollover for TexasAssessment Access Codes

Student Counts and PE Days/Minutes per Week Incorrectly Populating for Non-Teacher of Record Classroom Positions
The StaffSectionAssociation entity is including students counts for course-sections where the Classroom Position is not 'Teacher of Record'. Additionally, PE course sections are including PE Days/Week and Minutes/Week for PE course-sections where the Classroom Position is not 'Teacher of Record'. TWEDS reporting guidance states that number of students and PE Days and Minutes per week data is only reported for course-sections when the Classroom Position is '01-Teacher of Record', all other Classroom Positions should report 0 students and should not include the additional PE data for applicable PE course-sections.
2 votesHello, this work item has been completed and was released on 1/8/26. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- The StaffSectionAssociation entity had the potential to report NumberOfStudentsInClass and the PE (Physical Education) weekly data elements for staff with ClassroomPosition other than 'Teacher of Record'. The entity now reports NumberOfStudentsInClass and the PE (Physical Education) weekly data elements only for the Teacher of Record and all other ClassroomPositions report 0 students and no PE weekly data elements in compliance with TWEDS reporting guidance.
